Adding an individual IP to allowed IP range

If you enable IP restriction, there is a potential that your IP address might not be in the range, and in that case, you will be locked out. To avoid that, you must put your IP in the Allowed IP range. Enter your IP in the "IP start" and "IP end" to allow your IP.
